Tchavdar is an upcoming sambist (Sambo wrestling) that has proved his worth by defeating Jo Nguyen in Gameness SW Uddevalla 2002. He has practiced Kung fu, boxing and now Sambo.

He competed in the 4 men Mixfight tournament at Vikingfight II in which he defeated Colin Mansour from Holland (RSC) in the preliminary match. In the final he was up against Per Eklund from Sweden who proved to be to big a mouthfull. After an exciting fight Per managed to trap Tchavdar in a triangel choke and forced him to tap out.
