Rune is a very strong fighter with roots in BJJ. Since he joined with Mikenta Gym in 2003 he has evolved tremendesly and he just keeps getting better and better. He is a complete fighter that masters both stand-up fighting as well as ground fighting.

Rune had his debute in Vikingfight IV against Nick Struve from Holland. After 2 exciting rounds Rune was declared victor by points.
